Hi! I am Anna, a Certified Health and Weight Loss Coach and I love helping moms of young children lose weight and get healthy! I am a wife and mom of three kids. My daughter is 8 years old, and my sons are 6 years and 9 months old. I enjoy dancing and making fancy desserts in my spare time.
I got into health coaching, weight loss coaching specifically, because I grew up watching people go on diet after diet, only to gain the weight they had lost right back, plus some. I thought there had to be a better way to live. Diets aren't the answer, it's more of a lifestyle change, and that's what I aim to help people see. I hope to help others get off of the Standard American Diet that is ailing so many of us and our loved ones. I firmly believe that our bodies, when given the right foods, are capable of healing themselves. And that we don't have to live with all of the chronic diseases that we see so prevalent in the United States.
